Pendemic in our hands

What is new? No much! Swine flu is been here for many years even decades. The obvious, that one day those viruses will join each other in a great, dangerous and powerful union was sure to happen.

Many articles was written about this pandemic pondering. Pigs and man are very similar in the size of their internal organs and believe it or not in their diet. Not too many other mammals are so little finicky like us. There was always believe that when some bad, strong and all known drugs resistant virus is going to evolve, it would be the one conveyed from pigs.

Can WHO do some more? Yes they can and big time, but there are also politics and economics involved. To ban travel, gatherings, close all borders to prevent the spreading is only possible protection. How people deal with pandemic plagues in medieval time? Just remember Julia’s dispatcher-monk who can’t deliver her message to Romeo. The city was just that: closed. Did it hurt trade? Sure it did. However it stops plaque to spread.

In global economy based society it would really meant disaster one way or another. Countries are in economic peril and this kind of serious precautions will just make everything else much worse. And don’t forger who is actually pulling the strings here? Government ? WHO? Isn’t it actually Corporation ?

So overall we are in hand of money making perpetum mobile and this machine can’t stop. So what are our options ? Swine flu, Bird flu, Listeriossis, just to name a few are around us. It will mutate-transform same as SARS did to a milder form and billions of us will survive as we people survived so many other wide spread viruses in the past:.

Even you and I , dear reader, when we heard about the few first death in Mexico, we were very appalled by this news. Now we are more worried about ourselves and about our love once. Humans have a very short memory !! Yes this flu is going spread all around the World, many will became sick and many will die.

Eventually our mutual immune system will evolve this virus into something less sinister. Lets just hope, that you and I will be not affected neither by this Swine flu, or any other virus or bacteria which are yet to come.

Yes, nothing is new, not even WASHING HANDS ! What is worrying me this time is that washing hands is not automatic, regular and standard behavior for all of us. Just little people should be told! The rest already know and practicing it is the easiest precaution to many lurking unknown and invisible foes.

So just to be sure I am asking: Please WASH YOUR HANDS often !!! for yourself, for others and for me !!!
